It is the case of the outcome shown by Artis Consulting, a leading provider of property management solutions for the real estate asset management companies, which closed 2013 with a revenue share of two million euros and a heavy growth compared to 2012: +35%.
The company, chaired by Edoardo Narduzzi by the end of 2012, has been able to take advantage much more as result of the consolidation processes for the sector of real estate asset management companies, as the new needs of the industry thanks to targeted investments in selfmade solutions.

In the course of 2013, the new product has been developed NAV-RE (www.navre.it) based on an international technology, the ERP from Microsoft that is added to the  NAVSquare solution.

ARTIS has chosen to cooperate with ActionAid through the distance adoption of Zainab and Ablaye Samassa. ARTIS wants to ensure to these children and to their community in Pakistan and Senegal a better future.


With this sympathetic act, ARTIS aims not only to prove how it shares ActionAid values, but mostly, it intends to give a concrete aid where there is a lack of food, drinkable water, health care and basic education that would let demand their rights to these communities.

Zainab is five years old. She lives with her family in a mudbrick house, in one of the villages placed in Pakistani Pind Dadan Khan area, with her sister and her three brothers. Zainab attens the school to learn the fundamentals of reading and writing.

Ablaye Samassa is from Bala, in Senegal. He’s twelve years old and dreams of a normal life spent at school with his friends. Instead he sacrifices his life helping his parents. He cultivates field from the peep of day and doesn’t attend school. Ablaye Samassa hassix elder brothers and sisters and four younger brothers.


WHO IS ACTION AID
Action Aid is a free-standing international organization, in Italy from 1989. It takes up the fight against poverty and social exclusion causes. It pleads this causes supporting outcast communities to guarantee them better living conditions and the respect of basic rights, starting from the right to food.


ActionAid chiefly operates through long-range development plans in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The cycle of the real estate could be at a turning point. After years definitely not easy for the number of transactions and exchange values, the signals received by the exponents more active in this category lead to some optimism.

It is the case of the outcome shown by Artis Consulting, a leading provider of property management solutions for the real estate asset management companies, which closed 2013 with a revenue share of two million euros and a heavy growth compared to 2012: +35%.

Monitoring regulations program scheduled by The Bank of Italy for 2011
For the first time, the Bank of Italy let consult publicly its regulations production activity program for the following year.


The choice of intervention areas depends on an accurate analysis of financial system risks that push to introduce regulations changes.

 

During G20 Leaders meeting, held on November, Financial Stability Board (FSB) bills have been approved. They outline an overall and ambitious financial regulations reform. In the perspective of a global and European reform, the strategic goals have been determined to direct the regulations production activity of the coming year.

 

Strategic goal n. 1): precautionary regulations strengthening, toward open regulations process

 

The Bank of Italy, during 2011, will start a medium-range project with the purpose to revise its regulations files. It aims to

- merge, as long it is possible, circulars enforceable to the different intermediary categories;

- guarantee their consistency and the proper compliance with European and global standards;

- welcome change and clarification actions made during the last years;

- update regulations according to what brought out in applicative session;

- review the regulatory text structure according to better regulation methods; with principles based approach coordinated with practical examples;

- review regulatory language and regulations presentation, to increase communication effectiveness.

 

 

Strategic goal n. 2): regulatory framework consolidation based on terms of contract transparency and customer relations fairness

 

For a long time, the Bank of Italy pays attention to behaviour fairness and transparency between customers and intermediaries. It also takes heed of market integrity with reference to usury, laundering and terrorism financing. The new European regulation accomplishment on consumer credit has been the chance to carry out a wide reform. It is thought to improve customer relations fairness and transparency. It intends also to get better the admission and operative rules of not banking intermediaries and their distributive channels. The fundamental shareable concept, in this market branch too, is that good regulations must ensure a proper customers security; they also has to guarantee a group of professional financial dealers and different distributive channels. These elements must be able to boost competition and create an environment in which reliable and capable subjects operate. For the full reform accomplishment, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Bank of Italy will adopt several measures within 2011.
